Kelly B. Stafford could kick my ass. That’s not an exaggeration, that’s not a joke- it’s fact. She’s a lean mean baby-birthing workout machine.

And I don’t mean she’s using dainty pink colored two pound weights doing water aerobics and taking a 20 minute Mother’s-to-be spin class once a week, not by any means. Kelly is fucking flipping tires and whipping utility ropes around like it’s a Creed 2 montage. Check this shit out.

And that’s just from today. She has been putting these insane workout routines on her Instagram story for the past 8 months now. I can’t do any of these workouts and I am not even a little bit pregnant.

Here she hashtag’s “do what makes you feel good” and I swear this is not what makes pregnant women feel good. Again, never been a woman, don’t plan on personally getting pregnant any time soon/ever, but I have to imagine all I would want to do as a pregnant individual is to eat and sleep. That’s all I want to do now and I’m a non-pregnant late 20’s shrimp who is prematurely balding. I can’t imagine growing another human inside of me, getting to the cusp of birthing said person and thinking “yeah let’s push myself to the brink of physical exhaustion via sled drills and rapid fire sparring.” Amen Kelly. This is why you are the Lioness to the King of our Detroit football jungle.

Also, did y’all know she (while pregnant) went to the Detroit Lions football camp and dished out Chick-fil-A breakfast biscuits to the entire staff?

Chicken breakfast biscuits bitches. Some Southern Hospitality brought all the way up from Georgia to the Allen Park.

Now, I have zero clue what Matthew’s been doing to prepare for the upcoming season, but it can’t be as much as Kelly is doing. That’s big facts.
