A complete history of our team’s on-ice performance at the Labatt Blue Pond Hockey Tournament in St. Ignace, MI from 2012 – Present.

Dangle, Snipe, Celly: 2012 – 2017

2012: Silver Division- Year One, clueless morons. Lost in round robin.

2013 : Silver Division- Picked up a CCHA guy, Champions.

2014: (promoted) Gold Division- No CCHA guy. Crushed by Royal Oak 5th Ave in finals.

2015: Gold Division- I missed due to work. Someone got frost bite. Worst year ever. Lost in finals. Who cares.

2016: Gold Division: Weird ice year. Blew the lead and, yep you guessed it, lost in finals.

2017: Gold Division- Hot year. Global warming is real. Barely played two games. Brutal year. Lost in round robin.

Snakes 2018 – Present

2018 : Gold Division- Team rebrands from DSC to Snakes. Magic happens. 4-0 en route to our first ‘ship in 4 years. Champions.

2019 : (promoted) Platinum Division- Magic continues. Snakes are now a perfect 8-0 since the rebrand en route to a repeat reminiscent of the 97-98 Wings. Champions.

2020: Platinum Division: Yiiiiiiiiikes. Jerseys don’t show up in time due to COVID (which we had no idea was a thing at the time). Get scheduled for the 8am game Saturday (disrespectful). Eliminated in round robin play after going 1-2.

2021: Kung Flu’d. Cancelled.
